Meditation Guide (Sunday Shift)

Join the team at Pittsburgh’s first Contrast Therapy + Breathwork studio, where we combine sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, and human connection to create powerful, shared wellness experiences.

The Role

We are currently hiring a Meditation Guide for a consistent Sunday shift (3:30pm–7:45pm) .

This role is centered around leading a grounded, accessible meditation experience and supporting the overall flow of the studio during a high-impact weekend shift.

This is not a “teach and leave” position, you will be an active part of the full studio experience.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a guided meditation session that is welcoming, intentional, and accessible to all levels
• Hold space with presence, clarity, and emotional intelligence
• Support and oversee Open Flow (sauna + cold plunge) following your meditation class
• Create a calm, connected, and grounded environment for guests
• Maintain the studio in real time (cleaning, resetting, laundry, organization)
• Open and/or close the studio with care and consistency
• Build genuine relationships with members and create a sense of community

Growth Opportunity

All Guides are cross-trained in:

• Open Flow facilitation (sauna + cold plunge guidance)
• Additional guided formats (contrast therapy)

There is strong opportunity to:

• Pick up additional shifts
• Sub for other Guides
• Expand into other class formats over time

Who You Are

• Experienced in meditation, mindfulness, or space-holding (formal or informal)
• Grounded, present, and confident guiding groups
• Warm, welcoming, and people-first
• Reliable and consistent — able to commit to a weekly Sunday shift
• Comfortable in a hands-on role that includes both facilitation and studio upkeep
• Aligned with MindFuel’s mission of connection, growth, and nervous system regulation

Physical + Environment

• Comfortable working in a hot + cold environment (sauna + cold plunge)
• Able to be on your feet, move, and stay engaged throughout the shift
