Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced environment. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of customer service and operational efficiency. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about the promotional products industry, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and production teams
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications (emails, phone calls, etc.)
- Assist in processing orders, including order entry, tracking, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute internal and external communications
- Support inventory management and logistics coordination
- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Contribute to special projects and team initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the promotional products or related industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with QuickBooks systems and order management software is a plus
