Resource Coordinator - Spanish Speaking - Full Time
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or overnights
Our client, a digital mental health startup valued at $3.3 billion , is connecting providers with a network of over 10 million members across 450 companies , including Microsoft, Target, and Delta Air Lines.
They are currently seeking resource coordinators to join their platform and provide remote services. As our client expands rapidly, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your practice and increase your reach.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field)
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Located within 10 miles of Amsterdam, NY, with reliable transportation
- Experience working with diverse and lower-income populations
- Strong knowledge of community and social service resources
- Experience handling crisis situations and connecting individuals to support
- Excellent listening, communication, and documentation skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to various platforms and systems
- Experience supporting retail employees is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Provide onsite support at the customer's location in Amsterdam, NY (Mon–Fri schedule; varying hours)
- Connect employees to essential resources, including housing, food, financial, and legal support
- Collaborate with internal care teams to coordinate emergency funding and referrals
- Guide employees in navigating mental health services and workplace benefit programs
- Promote mental health benefits through events, tabling, and employee engagement activities
- Document and track outcomes, including referrals, demographics, and connection rates
- Build strong relationships with employees and key customer stakeholders to foster trust and support
