Remaining readily available in operating rooms to assist as needed.
Keep equipment safe and ready by:
Disassembling, decontaminating, sterilizing, and reassembling equipment; reporting issues promptly.
Preparing, testing, setting up, and maintaining anesthesia equipment; troubleshooting and performing routine cleaning.
Operating the Blood Cell Saver.
Supporting room turnovers to minimize downtime between cases.
Support patient care and procedural success by:
Preparing and stocking anesthesia carts and suites to par levels.
Setting up IVs, central lines, arterial lines, and invasive monitoring equipment.
Assisting with difficult airway management and specialty room setups.
Transporting lab samples and retrieving blood products.
Performing approved Point-of-Care (POC) testing.
Maintaining clean, organized workrooms and complete, accurate records.
Why You’ll Love This Role
