Responsibilities

Map current state processes and workflows with the goal to redesign processes

Apply process definition, improvement, and redesign methodologies to identify opportunities for human‑led, AI‑assisted, or automated workflows that improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

Consolidate process improvement data and AI performance metrics to measure outcomes, track adoption, and demonstrate realized value.

Develop documentation-including process maps, requirements, and gap analyses-that clearly articulates current‑state processes and AI‑enabled future‑state designs.

Partner with stakeholders to support responsible adoption of AI‑enabled processes, including training, change management, and sustainment activities.

Lean 6 Sigma, DIMAC, or similar certification
