QVC Group is hiring a Business Analyst with broad technical skills to develop data visualizations and build automation solutions that inspire business decision-making and process improvement for its streaming business. You will draw use analytical and experience delivering business insights and analytics. You will report to the Director, Data & Analytics - Streaming.

Where You'll Work

• This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA 6 days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: DE, NJ, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.

What You'll Do

• Organize data and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization for our performance
• Design and implement reporting solutions to allow partners to manage the business and make decisions
• Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies
• Build and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes
• Monitor existent metrics, building new metrics, and partner with other teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Engineer, or related occupation
• 1-3 years writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau
• Experience defining requirements and using metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or other BI packages.
