We offer college students hands-on internships in greenhouse production and logistics/shipping operations, providing real-world experience, meaningful projects, and professional development.
Internship Overview
As an intern, you will work closely with growers and operations teams to:
- Care for greenhouse plants and assist with production
- Support shipping, logistics, and process improvement projects
- Learn practical skills, contribute to projects, and gain workplace experience
Location: Willow Hill – Fannettsburg, Pennsylvania
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with rotating weekends, as needed.
What You’ll Do:
Greenhouse Production
- Plant, water, weed, prune, and fertilize crops
- Learn plant identification and greenhouse practices
- Assist with greenhouse projects and daily tasks
Logistics & Shipping
- Support shipping operations and warehouse tasks
- Assist with process improvement and Lean initiatives
- Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate and efficient operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s in Horticulture, Agriculture, Plant Science, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Interest in greenhouse production, logistics, or process improvement
- Comfortable in greenhouse and warehouse environments
- Able to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work in varying weather conditions
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
