Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Wayne, PA (Onsite)

Pay: $21 – $25 per hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Clerk will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to interact effectively with vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, approvals, and compliance with policies.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts before issuing payments.
• Enter transactions into the accounting system and maintain up-to-date AP records.
• Prepare and process payments via checks, ACH, and wires.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and respond to payment inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close by ensuring payables are accurately recorded.
• Provide supporting documentation for audits when needed.
• Collaborate with finance team members to improve processes and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Excel.
• Effective communication skills for working with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
