Production Associate 2nd Shift
The Blueprint (Role Profile)
The Production Associate works in a variety of work cells testing, assembling, and packaging products for shipment. The work schedule is 2nd shift working 4 days a week, 10 hours a day Monday through Thursday 2 PM to 12 AM daily. The candidate will train on 1st shift.

The Build (Responsibilities)
- Operate equipment used in the testing, assembly, and packaging of chain or forge parts.
- Proficiently operate the required number of machines for the designated work area.
- Make proper adjustments to machines to run efficiently and to maintain high quality, including using gauges and visual checks.
- Cross-trained to operate numerous pieces of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment when required.
- Move material to and from work area.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce a quality product, including reporting non-conforming materials.
- Report unusual conditions or questionable items to team lead or supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
- Keep work area clean and orderly.
- Maintain accurate records as required.
- Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by a team lead or supervisor.
The Toolbox (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of similar work experience.
- Able to work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week) including Fridays as required.
- Stand and walk continuously for up to 10 hours.
- Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Climb stairs and ladders.
