Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits

• $525K to $575 K total compensation
• $25K starting bonus, $25K Retention Bonus each year for the following 3 years

• Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate and renewals

The hospital is the region's only Level I Trauma Center, accredited by the Pennsylvania Trauma Systems Foundation, and is served by Guthrie Air, a regional aeromedical helicopter program.
