What You’ll Do

• Master the Mold: Prepare high-precision molds, applying release agents and loading fiberglass/composite reinforcements.
• Precision Injection: Operate Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) equipment to inject specialized resins, monitoring curing cycles to ensure structural integrity.
• Expert Finishing: Perform post-processing, including de-molding, sanding, grinding, and de-burring to meet strict engineering tolerances.
• Quality First: Conduct visual inspections to ensure every component can withstand extreme, corrosive, and high-temperature environments.

What We’re Looking For

• The Technical Core: Direct experience in Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) or composite/fiberglass manufacturing is required.
• Mechanical Aptitude: You are comfortable with hand/power tools and can read technical drawings or work instructions with ease.
