HUMAN RESOURCES SECRETARY
: Requirements Experience and proficiency in Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Gmail Proven filing, calculator and telephone courtesy skills; Proficiency and accuracy preparing typewritten and electronic documents; High efficiency completing multiple tasks simultaneously; Ability to handle high level of confidential information; Effective oral and written expression; Proficient use of contemporary office equipment; Excellent organizational skills and abilities; Ability to understand and follow written instructions; Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time; Ability to work flexible hours; Experience and leadership skills in secretarial functions and in working with teachers, administrators, support personnel, and applicants. Must have the ability to take suggestions, directions, and coaching relative to procedures and policies as outlined by the Supervisor of Human Resources. Description Position includes but is not limited to performing all secretarial functions necessary to assist Supervisor of Human Resources in the management of recruitment and hiring programs, ensure effective and efficient office operations and be an integral part of the IU vision and mission.
