- Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs for whole home generator systems.
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and installation processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals that meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or energy sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to understand technical specifications related to generator systems.
- Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for client visits.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and home energy solutions is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training is a plus.
