Client Services Representative- Fulfillment & Production

Support high‑net‑worth clients and internal partners by coordinating the end‑to‑end Private Banking loan process. This role is ideal for detail‑driven financial professionals who thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and take pride in delivering a premier client experience.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure complete and accurate client data across loan applications, internal systems, and loan documents.
• Coordinate with relationship managers, sales, portfolio managers, counsel, compliance, and other authorized parties throughout each transaction.
• Support client requests and provide exceptional service with strong attention to detail.
• Assist with application intake, document generation, loan modifications, and money movement requests as needed.
• Collaborate with operations and cross‑bank teams to improve processes.
• Participate in projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years of financial industry experience , including 2+ years in bank operations or client service preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail and understanding of loan processes and lending requirements.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Comfort working in a high‑energy, fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment with shifting priorities.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

The pay range for this position is $32.50 - $32.50/hr.
