Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate support to critically ill newborns, working alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Schedule/Hours:

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of one year RN experience in a Level III or IV NICU
• Advanced knowledge of neonatal intensive care practice and procedures
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and deliver patient care during emergencies
• Experience collaborating with physicians, families, and allied support staff

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or premature infants
• Continuously assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress
• Administer medications, fluids, and interventions as ordered
• Use advanced technology and equipment specific to neonatal care
• Educate and support families, helping them understand care plans and treatment options
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and revise individualized care plans
• Ensure adherence to facility protocols and quality standards
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
