Dietary Director

Position Description:
This position oversees all areas of the kitchen in a long- term care facility. Candidates should have a desire to work with the elderly and possess a pleasant and professional demeanor. CDM and previous Long Term Care experience is required.

- Manage and oversee the dietary department, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual dietary needs.
- Supervise staff, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
- Utilize nutrition and physiology knowledge to assess and address patient dietary requirements.
- Budget and allocate resources effectively to meet long-term care goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient nutrition and well-being.
