Land Survey Technician - AutoCAD

Webuild () is seeking an experienced Land Survey Technician to perform in-office land surveying tasks and support Project Surveyors in managing a portfolio of land development projects throughout Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in land surveying, working within engineering firms, consulting companies, or governmental agencies. This experience should include daily processing of field notes, developing construction calculations, and preparing survey drawings for a range of projects, including commercial, residential and municipal developments. In this role, you will assist in creating boundary surveys, record plats, easements, construction stakeout sheets, as-builts, and topographical surveys. You'll work with AutoCAD LDD, Civil 3D, and other related software to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.

Additionally, the Land Survey Technician will collaborate closely with senior staff to review field notes and verify the correctness of construction calculations. This collaborative work ensures all technical aspects of land surveying are aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

Candidates must have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D is required, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
