Your Quality Solutions (YQS), Inc. provides inspections, maintenance, and repairs for stormwater systems, water quality structures, and CCTV (Closed Circuit Televised) pipe inspections. Our mission is to preserve clean water for future generations. We are hiring Stormwater Field Technicians who hold a valid PA driver's license with a clean, strong, positive record, who are motivated to learn, grow, and envision a long-term career opportunity with our company.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in the construction, landscape, and/or manufacturing industries. Any knowledge in the stormwater industry is a plus, but on-the-job training will be provided. Employer-sponsored industry training and certifications, along with job advancement opportunities, are available for qualifying team members.

Our Ideal Stormwater Field Technician :

• Experience: Experience in construction, landscape, and/or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Computer and Digital Skills: Knowledge and ability to navigate basic computer functions such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, photo/video functions, and digital applications are needed.
• Problem Solver:  Must be able to document field challenges when working in properties and structures, and be a clear communicator with the Operations Manager to find fast solutions to customers' needs and keep company activity on track
• Task-Oriented: An organized person with high standards who can handle any scale of detail. Able to prioritize tasks without compromising completing high-quality work.
• Willing to Learn: We provide on-the-job training and need reliable, hard-working, focused, and organized people on our team
• Self-Motivated: Our team's success is a result of individuals with self-initiative. Each person commits to what they start and takes pride in driving individual tasks and team projects to completion.
• Active: Ability to stand for extended periods, navigate construction worksites, operate equipment, and lift and/or carry up to 80 pounds for short distances.

Benefits to our Stormwater Field Technicians:

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,000 - $1,250 
• Annual Average Wages $54,000 - $65,000 
• FT Monday – Friday
