About the Program:

Our Manager Training Program is designed to fast-track your career into a management role within our nationwide supermarket network. Throughout the program, you'll gain comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various departments, setting you up for leadership positions in operations, customer service, logistics, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Rotational Assignments: Build invaluable experience by rotating through key departments such as operations, merchandising, inventory, HR, and customer service. This rotation will help you develop a broad understanding of supermarket operations across the country.

Leadership Development: Master essential management skills, including team leadership, problem-solving, budgeting, and customer experience strategies.

Project Management: Take charge of assignments and projects that directly impact store performance, positioning you for future leadership roles.

Nationwide Exposure: The program includes assignments across multiple regions, providing you with a deeper understanding of diverse markets and customer needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Strong leadership qualities and a drive to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Previous retail or management experience is a plus, but not required.
