A rapidly growing professional advisory organization is seeking a senior recruiting leader to oversee enterprise-wide hiring strategy and execution. This individual will lead efforts to strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruiting operations, and build scalable sourcing strategies across multiple business functions. The role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution in a high-performance, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across professional, operational, and leadership-level positions
- Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
- Manager a small team of talent acquisition professionals
- Improve recruiting both regionally and nationally processes, reporting, and overall hiring effectiveness
- Partner closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to align hiring strategy with business objectives
- Oversee recruiting coordination activities and provide leadership, coaching, and accountability to team members
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and conversion performance
- Implement scalable systems, tools, and best practices to support long-term growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of recruiting experience within professional services, consulting, finance, accounting, or related industries
- Ideally, this person will have an accounting, finance, and/or audit foundation
- Proven success recruiting for leadership, advisory, business development, and operational roles
- Experience building and scaling recruiting functions and direct sourcing capabilities
Other Desired Qualities:
- Strong understanding of recruiting analytics, pipeline management, and process improvement
- Demonstrated leadership ability with experience mentoring and developing recruiting teams
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience using Workday
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations
- Willingness to travel periodically as needed
Working Situation:
This is an in person on site 4 days a week.
