Collections/Billing Specialist (Temporary) Bethlehem, PA | $30.00/Hour | Full-Time | Temporary We are seeking an experienced Collections/Billing Specialist for a temporary assignment with a growing company located in Bethlehem, PA . This is a full-time, on-site opportunity expected to last 3 months to 1 year , depending on project needs. If you have a strong background in Accounts Receivable, billing, collections, and QuickBooks, we'd love to hear from you! Schedule Monday through Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Pay $30.00 per hour Responsibilities Analyze and resolve misapplied payments within the Accounts Receivable department. Investigate billing discrepancies and reconcile customer accounts. Review vendor payments to identify and resolve duplicate payments. Utilize QuickBooks to support billing, payment research, and account reconciliation. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve payment issues efficiently. Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring timely account reconciliation. Qualifications Previous experience in Collections, Billing, or Accounts Receivable. Proficiency with QuickBooks is required. Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
