Become a Regional Dry Van Company Driver with American Trucking Group in Lancaster! We are looking for experienced CDL-A drivers seeking an OTR opportunity that provides weekly home time and minimal physical effort.

Home Time:

• Home every week for a 34-hour reset.
• Our routes are designed to ensure steady miles while allowing quality family time.

Equipment:

• Drive late-model International Pro Stars, Freightliner Cascadias, and Kenworth trucks equipped with 1,500-watt inverters and Opti-Idle systems.
• Take your assigned truck home, given safe parking is available.

No Touch Freight:

• Work primarily with dry van freight, featuring 95% no-touch and 85% drop and hook operations.
• Focus on driving rather than physical labor.

Pay and Miles:

• Average weekly earnings of $1,100, influenced by mileage and performance.
• Additional pay includes detention pay as per customer policies, $12 per hour layover pay after the first hour, and a safety bonus of $0.01 per mile for accident-free performance.

Running Area:

• Cover routes across Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Kentucky.
• All tolls are covered through EZ Pass and toll cards.
