Job Details
- Location: Exeter, PA
- Position: General Laborer
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
- Weekly Hours: 30–45 hours per week
Work Schedule
Our primary work week runs from Sunday through Thursday. 7:30am - 3:30pm
Full time employees work from April 1 - December 31
Part time, college summer break opportunities are May-August we work around your school schedule.
- Overtime: Occasional work on Friday is required and paid at a bonus rate.
- Physical Environment: This is an outdoor position. You must be prepared to work in all weather conditions, from sun to rain.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading event equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and other event materials.
- Setting up and tearing down tents of various sizes and styles.
- Assisting the team with the installation and removal of event components at job sites.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
