Experienced Pool Service Technician - Urgent

Position Overview

The Pool Service Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and seasonal services for residential and commercial swimming pools. This role requires strong technical ability, customer-service skills, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional pool service experience (maintenance, repairs, openings/closings)
• Strong knowledge of pool water chemistry , circulation, filtration, and equipment
• Experience with pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and plumbing
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a professional manner
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather

Responsibilities

• Perform routine pool maintenance (vacuuming, brushing, chemical balancing)
• Conduct openings, closings, and weekly/biweekly service
• Inspect and troubleshoot pool equipment and systems
• Complete repairs and installations as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity
