Job Duties: 1. Establish strategic relationships with key partners to identify, evaluate, and deliver solutions. Assist in formulating IT and business strategies and ensure that business goals and strategy are well articulated. 2. Translate business problems into strategic and cost-effective technology solution alternatives. Leverage deep IT knowledge to research emerging technologies and apply to business problems. 3. Partner with senior business and IT leaders to align business initiatives, priorities, and schedules based on strategic business and IT plans. 4. Create blueprint capabilities for software, middleware and hardware deliverables. Ensure all deliverables comply with IT policies and procedures. 5. Own and manage the capability landscape for multiple lines of business and its product owners as the business and the industry evolves. Develop deep knowledge of the business area(s) supported and the competitive landscape to provide context for decision-making. 6. Play a vital role in evaluating which initiatives to pursue. Deliver value through cultivating relationships, developing strategy, shaping demand, and facilitating communication. 7. Influence the enterprise by promoting the sharing of innovative business solutions across business units and divisions to achieve competitive advantage. 8. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of business functions. Combine technical and functional knowledge to produce highly functional solutions to business problems. 9. Develop vendor strategy and governance across critical data and analytics initiatives to maximize value creation through partner engagements while optimizing for cost and efficiency. 10. Develop and socialize the value story with senior business stakeholders across key enterprise data initiatives using qualitative and quantitative valuation methodologies. 11. Participate in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. 12. May telecommute pursuant to company policies (hybrid role).

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and 5 years of experience in job offered or a Solutions Consultant, Senior Specialist - related occupation.

In the alternative, employer will accept a Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field and 3 years of experience in job offered or a Solutions Consultant, Senior Specialist - related occupation.
