Direct Support Professional (DSP)- Newtown Square, PAPeaceful Living is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. DSPs provide much needed assistance and care to help others live their lives to the fullest. DSPs are there to support and assist with life skills, activities of daily living, community participation, transportation, and personal care. Peaceful Living is looking for kind, compassionate, and reliable people to join the team for this rewarding and fulfilling role.Day Program Location/Hours: Newtown Square, Monday-Friday 8:30am-3:30pm, Full-time and Part-Time positions available Compensation and Benefits for Full-time employees: $18.10 to $19.85 based on years of DSP experienceGenerous paid time offUp to $3,000 in tuition assistance (after meeting employment requirements)Opportunities for overtime availableCareer advancement opportunitiesMedical, vision, and dental insuranceRetirement planEmployee referral bonusRequirements:Be at least 18 years of agePossess a high school diploma/GEDHave and maintain a valid (state of residence) driver's license and driving approval from Peaceful LivingSuccessfully pass and maintain all criminal background checksComplete pre-employment physical and TB testAbout Peaceful LivingFor almost 25 years, Peaceful Living has been creating belonging for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
