Corio is a vibrant, Italian-leaning restaurant located in the heart of University City. We pride ourselves on delivering warm hospitality, thoughtfully prepared dishes, and a welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable, energetic Server Assistants to support our front-of-house team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth service and ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Run food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and organized manner
- Assist with light bussing, including clearing and resetting tables
- Support bar and dining room operations (barback duties)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and attention to detail
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
- $15 per hour
- Participation in tip pool share
- Full-time and part-time positions available
