Business Administration Instructor

AVAILABLE: Begins Fall 2025. Part-time, on campus, Business Administration faculty position teaching data analytics, and general business courses. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

SALARY/RANK: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:Masters Degree in Business or a related field required (Doctorate preferred) with quality, teaching experience preferred. Appropriate professional experience with an advanced degree will be considered. A thorough knowledge of data analytics and data visualization is required along with strong knowledge of Excel, Tableau and similar software. A history of teaching with a demonstrated capacity to embrace and use experiential and active learning techniques in the classroom is preferred. Experience with the development of course materials in traditional, hybrid, and on-line LMS systems preferred. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission, and a demonstrated commitment to faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships, and the mentoring of students.

RESPONSIBILITIES: On campus teaching six to nine credit hours per semester, in data analytics and other business areas as background and curricular needs dictate.
