Key Responsibilities of the CVOR Registered Nurse
- Provide specialized care in open-heart surgical procedures
- Scrub for a variety of cardiovascular cases
- Assist in maintaining a sterile operating room environment
- Collaborate with surgical team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Participate in on-call rotations and manage emergency responses within a 30-minute window
Requirements of the CVOR Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of CVOR experience
- BLS Certification
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system
