As the Indirect Spend Lead, you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing through our Esker Accounts Payable system. You'll partner with others to troubleshoot issues, support compliance and reporting efforts, and identify best practices to keep operations running smoothly.
This position is based in our Philadelphia, PA corporate offices. The ability to work onsite is required.What You'll Do:
Project Management Support
Assist with Esker AP system implementation and ongoing maintenance. Maintain training documentation and conduct onboarding/training sessions for new team members.Program Administration
Oversee invoice processing and audit queues. Resolve system errors and provide troubleshooting support to the team. Respond to escalated inquiries promptly and professionally.Compliance & Reporting
Deliver accurate month-end spend reporting. Manage audit requests and ad hoc reporting needs. Escalate compliance issues or suspected fraud as necessary.What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree, business or accounting major or related field of study 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting within a complex corporate environment Must be authorized to work in for Sonepar in the US without sponsorship now or in the future Must be willing and able to perform a pre-employment background check inclusive of a credit check Prior team leadership, supervisory or mentoring experience Familiarity with Esker or similar Accounts Payable systems is a plus Exceptional Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, multi-branch environment What We Offer You We offer great family-friendly benefits to full-time associates: Healthcare plans Dental & vision Paid time off Paid parental leave 401(k) retirement savings with company match Professional and personal development programsOpportunity to become a shareholder
