What You'll Do as Cylinder Delivery Driver:

• Pick up & deliver propane cylinders to customers safely, promptly, and professionally.
• Follow all DOT and company regulations for safely hauling and handling propane cylinders.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections, documenting findings accurately.
• Maintain the truck's cleanliness, inside and out, to ensure a professional appearance.
• Report all accidents, traffic violations, and vehicle damage immediately.
• Notify the dispatcher of any necessary truck maintenance to ensure timely scheduling.
• Operate outdoors year-round, adapting to various weather conditions.
• Provide friendly and courteous service, building positive relationships with customers.
• Assist with general yard and cylinder filling tasks as needed.
• Work full-time, Monday through Friday, approximately 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with no overnight travel.

Our Ideal Cylinder Delivery Driver:

• Experienced: Prior driving or delivery experience preferred, especially with propane or fuel-related work.
• Licensed: Holds a valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement and meets the minimum age requirement of 21.
• Safety-focused: Pays close attention to safety regulations and follows all company and DOT standards.
• Customer Service Oriented: Communicates courteously and professionally, representing the company at every stop.
• Punctual: Arrives on time, follows schedules, and completes routes efficiently.
• Active: Able to lift and pull equipment weighing 75 to 100 pounds throughout the workday.
