What We ' re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a seasoned construction professional with a deep understanding of luxury homebuilding and a solutions-oriented mindset .

• Proven Luxury Residential construction experience with 5+ years managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades, maintain schedules, and uphold quality standards .
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on client and team interaction.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with Procore and Smartsheets is a plus .
• A patient, service-oriented approach , ensuring an outstanding client experience.
• Reliable transportation and availability for extended hours when necessary are required.
