We are seeking a B Mechanic to support a fast-paced production environment focused on commercial electrical products. This is a hands-on, critical role responsible for keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably on 3rd shift.

What You'll Do:

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and automated lines
• Perform preventative maintenance, lubrication, and equipment inspections
• Support changeovers, including loading coils and adjusting production lines
• Maintain and repair machinery such as:
  • Power presses
  • Clampers, tappers, and automated systems
• Perform basic electrical tasks safely and effectively
• Execute hot work tasks (welding, cutting, brazing) as needed
• Follow and promote strict safety standards, including:
  • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Machine safeguarding
  • Fire safety and fall protection
• Support continuous improvement and day-to-day production uptime

What You Bring:

Required:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with hand tools

Preferred:

• Basic understanding of electrical systems
• Experience working on automated production lines or press equipment

Important Details:

• Must be willing to work 3rd shift, overtime, and weekends as needed
