Scheduling Coordinator
Are you looking for a customer focused role with a growing company? We are an inspection company located in Lower Bucks County, PA looking for a Scheduling Coordinator.
This individual must be customer service driven and able to multitask. This role is a fulltime, in office position with potential to increase and for growth.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide quotes and scheduling options for customers.
- Answer general questions regarding the home inspection process.
- Assist office manager with in-office filing.
- Work as the point of contact between clients and inspectors.
- Keep records of all calls.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer support role required.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Basic computer skills: Word and Google Drive.
- Must be a team player and be reliable.
