Mid-Level Automotive Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our service team in Mill Hall PA. The ideal candidate will have; Minimum 3 years of professional shop experience, Able to diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues, from brake jobs to engine diagnostics. This position is ideal for someone who has moved beyond entry-level work and is ready to handle more complex tasks, while continuing to grow in the automotive field.

• Perform routine maintenance services, such as oil changes, fluid flushes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Conduct repairs on brakes, suspension systems, cooling systems, exhausts, and more.
• Assist in diagnosing and repairing engine and transmission problems under the supervision of senior technicians.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and performance issues.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members.
• Follow all safety protocols and shop procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe).
• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and repair documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PA Safety Inspection License.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
