• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Java, and AWS

• Familiarity with React for light frontend work

• Proven experience with domain-driven design and building enterprise-grade systems

Skills and Requirements

• Lead backend development efforts using Python and Java, applying modern design patterns and domain-driven design principles

• Contribute to frontend development using React (10-20% of the role)

• Architect and deploy solutions on AWS, leveraging cloud-native services

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and delivery teams to build scalable, maintainable systems

• Challenge the status quo and bring fresh thinking to technical and process decisions

• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of ownership and continuous improvement null
