Sales Manager – In-Home Sales

Position Overview:
As our In-Home Sales Manager, you'll play a key role in driving revenue by leading, mentoring, and growing a team of high-performing In-Home Sales Representatives. You will serve as a leader, coach, motivator, and educator , helping your team succeed in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily appointments set by the Inside Sales Team

• Conduct at least 5 ride-along sales calls per week as a training opportunity

• Support reps during in-home appointments by assisting with calls and closing sales

• Monitor and evaluate team performance; implement strategies to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Manage and complete "cancel-save" appointments effectively

• Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit opportunities and close pending sales

• Lead engaging and informative training sessions on a regular basis

• Clearly communicate expectations and goals to the sales team in alignment with company objectives

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful in-home sales experience, ideally within the 1-Day Home Improvement model

• At least 2 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills

• Proven ability to drive team performance and business growth

• Comfortable using technology for presentations and contract management (iPad-based tools, e-signature platforms)

Compensation:
This role offers a competitive base salary + commission + override , with an annual earning potential of $250,000–$300,000 .
