Job Summary

As a Mobile Equipment Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heavy and light mobile equipment at customer sites and in the field. You’ll play a key role in delivering reliable service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on mobile equipment (e.g., construction, landscaping, or forestry equipment)
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports
• Operate company service vehicle and maintain tools and parts inventory
• Communicate effectively with customers and service coordinators
• Ensure all work complies with safety and company standards

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a technician in heavy equipment preferred
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics
• Ability to read and interpret service manuals and schematics
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
