ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate brings comprehensive experience in talent acquisition and a strong passion for sourcing and connecting with top-tier talent. They should demonstrate a track record of successfully recruiting across diverse roles and levels while fostering strong relationships with both candidates and internal partners.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner to senior leaders, leading the full lifecycle of talent acquisition and helping ensure we bring in people who will thrive in our unique environment. You will play an important role in elevating the rigor, thoughtfulness, and effectiveness of our hiring practices while helping shape the future of our organization through the people we bring on board.

You will join a dynamic and collaborative team, working internally to support Gap International’s business. This is an on-site role, based in our architecturally distinctive and beautifully designed headquarters in the Philadelphia metropolitan area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level and specialized roles across the organization.
- Design and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn recruiter, passive recruiting, professional networks, referrals, industry mapping, and targeted outreach.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership, providing consultative guidance on hiring strategy, candidate market insights, and role design.
- Lead and continuously improve recruiting processes, ensuring efficiency, rigor, and consistency across hiring practices, ensuring, an exceptional, candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to enhance interview frameworks and hiring standards, while strengthening team capabilities and contributing to the development of a high-performing team.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to monitor performance indicators such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline conversion, and sourcing effectiveness.
- Contribute to strengthening the company’s employer brand and candidate value proposition.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6–12 years of experience in talent strategy, pipeline development, and acquisition; employer branding; and recruitment process design.
- Experience recruiting within consulting, professional services, or high-performance environments preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through consultative guidance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.
- High proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies; Greenhouse a plus.
- Strong analytical capability and experience using recruitment data and metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes.
