Vascular and Interventional Radiologist

Job Summary Geisinger Health System is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Vascular and Interventional Radiologist (VIR) to join our expanding academic radiology department in Lewistown, PA. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering a 100% Interventional Radiology practice in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Job Duties

• Practice 100% Interventional Radiology in a high-volume, tertiary care setting

• No call or weekend coverage – excellent work-life balance

• Dedicated IR outpatient clinic with advanced state-of-the-art angiography suite

• Perform a wide range of VIR procedures including oncologic interventions , dialysis access, musculoskeletal (MSK) procedures , venous/arterial procedures , ultrasound-guided , and CT-guided procedures.

• Join a team of 12 IR physicians, supported by APPs, nurses, and technologists

• Participate in resident and fellow education , clinical research , and multidisciplinary conferences

• Access to 3D imaging, 3D printing lab, and machine learning tools for translational research
