About the Role

Hands on leadership: manage projects, lead the team, and oversee daily field operations.

Staff-building: recruit, hire, and mentor skilled HVAC technicians and installers.

Business growth: drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure profitable operations.

Long-term leadership: RMS is financing the start and growth of your division, positioning you for equity and executive ownership.

Ideal Candidate

10+ years of commercial HVAC field experience.

Proven track record of evolving into a leadership role, managing teams, and driving results.

Strong business skills: sales, project management, budgeting, and financial oversight.

Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.

EPA Certification; State HVAC license preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $120,000/year

Performance bonus: up to $25,000/year based on division growth and profitability

Staff-building incentive: rewards for successfully recruiting skilled installers/technicians
