Above All Salon & Spa is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Salon Assistant to join our growing team. This is not just a support role, it’s a structured training position designed for individuals who are serious about building a long-term career in the beauty industry.
We are looking for someone professional, coachable, and driven to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide assistance to stylists
- Assist in shampooing, conditioning, and prepping clients for their service
- Prepare and mix color
- Maintain cleanliness of the salon and workstations
- Manage salon & spa laundry
- Color room organization
- Shadow experienced stylists, learning intricacies of various salon services, while gaining valuable experience and skills
- Participate in training program
40% off all retail & 60%+ off all services
Currently hiring for morning to midday shifts and occasional Saturdays. Some evenings may be an option.
