OverviewRole specifics:
- Claims Background: General Liability
- Prior leadership experience: 5 years
- Jurisdictional Experience: Nationwide
- Licenses: Any (TX, FL, GA, CA preferred)
- Location: This role is eligible for fully remote work.
Lead: Successfully execute our vision and mission by providing high quality and efficient service.
Promote Best Practices: Define branch goals and motivate performance at the highest level.
Drive Talent: Drive adjuster hiring and training to nurture a culture of performance and continuous improvement.
Licensing: Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees.
Utilize Technology: Use Gallagher's technology to enhance team efficiency and quality.
Client Communication: Actively engage with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner to cultivate relationships.
Prioritize and Develop: Effectively manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities, and position team members for successful development.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 15 years related claims experience
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of all team member related functions

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
