Inventory Manager - Retail
We're looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control Manager to oversee stock accuracy, supply chain processes, and the secure handling of our luxury product lines.
What you'll do: Maintain accurate inventory records across warehouses and distribution centers, run regular audits and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, coordinate replenishment, oversee secure handling and transport of luxury items, use ERP systems to track product movement, and train and supervise inventory staff.
What we're looking for: 5+ years in inventory control or supply chain (luxury retail or high-value goods preferred), experience with ERP and inventory management platforms, a proven track record reducing discrepancies, and strong attention to detail.
Nice to have: Background in luxury fashion, jewelry, or high-end consumer goods; knowledge of shrinkage prevention; proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
