Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises and rehabilitative procedures
• Monitor and document patient progress throughout the course of treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required on-site at all times
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract with a 35-hour weekly guarantee

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a facility-based or clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and care teams
