Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire

Compensation Range: $35-$41 per hour W2 (We can not work Corp to Corp)

Job Description:
Support the ongoing implementation and administration of Oracle ERP systems, ensuring operational performance, user access, and compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Oracle Cloud Applications and ERP system settings

• Set up and maintain user access, security rules, and SSO

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, Infrastructure)

• Perform backups and ensure system/data integrity

• Troubleshoot Oracle issues with vendors and internal teams

• Maintain system documentation and compliance records

• Monitor performance metrics and develop KPI dashboards

• Support automated processes and workflows

• Train users on Oracle functionality and updates

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred)

  • Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

  • System performance monitoring experience

  • Basic networking and security knowledge

  • Experience with SharePoint or MS365

  • Collaborative mindset; team-oriented

  • Strong organization and documentation skills

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • SQL Server experience

  • HIPAA compliance background

  • Healthcare or nonprofit environment exposure

  • Experience with automated file transfers (e.g., SFTP)

  • Troubleshooting and data integrity assurance skills
