Nickel Chrome Supervisor
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the Nickel Chrome department.
- Oversee metal finishing processes including copper, nickel, chrome, and related finishes.
- Ensure all plating work meets customer and industry specifications.
- Train, mentor, and develop finishing technicians to master the craft and grow their careers.
- Maintain workflow efficiency, safety compliance, and production scheduling.
- Monitor process controls, chemical and equipment performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality, safety, and productivity.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to resolve process issues and maintain on-time delivery.
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade education preferred.
- 3+ years of experience of metal finishing ex[ereince.
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of plating chemistry, surface preparation, and process control.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality excellence.
