Dear Garden Associates, Inc. is a well-established Landscape Company in Bucks County, Pa currently seeking to add a qualified Landscape Installation Foreperson to its growing team.

We are an established residential design/build firm in Bucks County, Pa. specializing in the design and installation of detailed gardens and outdoor environments that include plantings, stonework and lighting. We are seeking individuals to join our group who are passionate about gardens and enjoy being part of a team. A positive attitude, leadership abilities and excellent communication skills are a must.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Professionally lead crew to install projects in a high-quality manner

· Communicate progress and needs of projects with Project Manager

· Complete paperwork pertaining to jobs accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

· 3+ years experience installing plant materials and hardscaping

· Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record

· Experience managing a crew and following a schedule

· Proficient with the use of landscape tools and equipment: Skid Steer, Backhoe, Tiller, hand and power tools, etc.

· Be physically capable of performing tasks pertaining to the installation of a garden.

· Ability to read landscape plans

· Strong knowledge of plant materials

· Experience with construction of walls, patios and other hardscape structures using natural stone
