Experience:

• 36 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• Travel experience is preferred.

• Experience with Epic is required within the last 6 months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Temple University (Direct) Program.

Required Skills/Experience:3 years experience in echocardiogram technician position and/or related experience required.Echo and Echo stress.

Unit Details:Outpatient cardiology practice not on hospital campus.Outpatient office environment with all studies prescheduled.Performs Echo and Echo stress testing daily.Average of 8 studies per day.Performs and interprets preliminary non-invasive cardiac studies, including 2D and M Mode echocardiography, stress echocardiography, and other outpatient services as needed.Responsible for preparing and interpreting quality studies for physicians.Performs outpatient cardiac testing as ordered by the medical staff, non-invasive vascular monitoring, stress echocardiography, and assists with TEE.

Shift & Scheduling:Mon-Friday.Shift options: 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm.No call, weekends, or holidays.

7 days maximum time off

2 Manager/Supervisor references required from within the last 12 months

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS))

• RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (ARDMS))

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
