Radiation Therapist - Travel Job

What You‘ll Need:

• Associate or Bachelor‘s degree in Radiation Therapy from an accredited program

• ARRT (AART) Certification in Radiation Therapy

• BLS certification

• Valid Radiation Therapy state license, if required

• Minimum 2 years‘ experience as a Radiation Therapist

• TrueBeam experience required

• EPIC electronic health record experience required

Preferred:

• Experience in hospital-based radiology or oncology settings preferred

• Experience with immobilization devices and advanced treatment planning preferred

Additional Duties:

• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment, including treatment verification systems

• Accurately position patients and ensure proper immobilization during treatment

• Verify treatment plans and dosage with the oncology team

• Monitor patients for adverse reactions during and after therapy

• Document treatments and maintain accurate patient records in EPIC
